Hearts Game

This Hearts game is one of the fun games for kids to play and group games for kids.

6 dice are needed to play this game.

This is perfect for valentine games for kids. The dice spell "hearts".

1 is H
2 is E
3 is A
4 is R
5 is T
6 is S

Begin with each player rolling a die. Highest number goes first. If there's a tie, the players roll again.

The player begins and rolls all 6 dice. He must roll a 1. If he does, he gets 5 points. If he rolls a 2 with the 1, he gets 5 more points.

If there's also a 3, he gets 5 points for the 3 as well. If he has any more numbers in sequence after the 3, he gets 5 points for those as well.

If he spells "hearts" in one roll (getting the numbers 1 through 6) he gets 30 points plus 5 more points for rolling "hearts" for a total of 35 points.

If a player rolls and has 2 of the same numbers, only one number is awarded 5 points.

Example, a player rolls 1, 2, 2, 2, 3, 5. He gets a total of 15 points (5 for 1, 5 for 2, 5 for 3). He also gets the letters "HEA".

Watch out for 3 ones! If a player rolls 3 1's, his score goes back to 0.

Players get one roll per turn. Each turn counts as a new round and no letters are brought over to the next round.

The winner is the player with the highest score after a preset number of rounds has been played. Or, you can set a score of 150, and the player who gets that score first wins.
