Bottle Game
The bottle game is one of the fun indoor party games, birthday party games for kids and group games for kids. 2 or more players Make fishing lines for each player by taking 2 feet long lengths of yarn and tying that to one washer about 1 inch in diameter. The players line up in a row side by side. Their soda bottle is placed on the floor in front of them. The adult shouts out, "ready, set, go!" and the players use their fishing poles to reel in the bottles. They want to slip the washers over the bottle top and lift it up about a foot off the ground. If the bottle falls to the ground the player can start again. The winner is the first player to catch a bottle and pull it up 12 inches off the ground. This is a fun, fast paced action game younger kids will enjoy. Teachers, try playing this in the classroom with your students. It teaches kids eye and hand coordination. You can divide the kids into two teams if you'd like. See which team is able to reel their catches in the fastest. Or have one child from each team go against each other to see who can reel in their bottles the quickest. This is also a good party game for 2nd - 4th graders. The kids can play individually or be broken down into small or large teams, depending on the number of kids.
